SyntheSys Defence is pleased to announce that James Norful, one of its senior consultants, has successfully achieved the PRINCE2® Foundation certification.
PRINCE2® Foundation is an internationally recognised project
management methodology that offers a structured approach to managing projects,
from planning to execution. James’
certification confirms his knowledge of the key elements of successful project
management, enabling him to work effectively in a project management team and
contribute to the delivery of great outcomes for SyntheSys Defence clients. With this certification, he has strengthened
his project management skills, and is now well-equipped to plan, manage, and
deliver projects successfully from start to finish.
