Issue 3 of OptimiSE Magazine Available Now – Systems Engineering for the Rail Industry

We are thrilled to publish Issue 3 of OptimiSE Magazine, which aims to share best practices, insights and successes from the Rail Industry, which we are positive will be beneficial to wider industries.

The customer successes we have seen in our Systems Engineering business come, in some part, from the fact that we have worked with a range of different organisations across varied industries giving us unique insight and expertise which we then feed back into customer projects.

During the first half of 2019 we saw an increased demand for our services within the Rail Industry – we have been helping high profile players implement tools and practices to manage, implement and accelerate huge infrastructure projects.

We hope this Rail-themed issue makes for an informative, thought-provoking read.

SyntheSys has been accepted onto the register of the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS).

 

RISQS is designed to provide the rail industry with ownership and control of its supplier qualification arrangements.  RISQS is the entry point for suppliers and the register is used as a United Kingdom (UK) supplier qualification service. 

SyntheSys has already had several successes in the railway industry and will now receive updates from the register on contract opportunities which we may want to bid for.

The organisation helps suppliers be formally recognised as proficient providers of products and services to the UK rail industry by providing an open register which they have to qualify to join.  RISQS is sponsored by a board of representatives recruited from across the rail industry and reporting to the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB) which provides a range of support services to ensure successful delivery of the projects. 

We are delighted to have been accepted onto the register and we are confident this will continue to support our growth in new markets.
