An Open Letter from John S Hartas, Confirming Jacqui Readman’s Tenure as Managing Director of SyntheSys Systems Engineers Ltd.

Dear Readers,

It is with great delight that I outline some exciting changes happening within SyntheSys Systems Engineers Ltd.  I’d like to announce the appointment of Jacqui Readman as SyntheSys Systems Engineers’ new Managing Director with immediate effect.

Jacqui joined the organisation in 2019 and throughout this time has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, strategic thinking, and a passion for forward thinking systems engineering.  Jacqui brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge that will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of our organisation.

Jacqui holds an impressive track record of leadership having owned and operated various businesses throughout her career.  Jacqui’s extensive experience makes her well-equipped to lead SyntheSys Systems Engineers to new heights.  I have full confidence in her ability to build upon the foundation laid by the current leadership team.

SyntheSys Systems Engineers acts as our group headquarter function for various SyntheSys owned businesses and primarily offers IT, Security, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Administrative support to our associated companies.

Mark Williamson continues to hold the Managing Director lead position in SyntheSys Technologies, as does Mark Hudspeth for SyntheSys Defence.

This marks a change in direction in terms of my role in the company.  As a Company Director, I will continue to work within the business to offer both organisational and customer value as required.

By combining the collective efforts of our talented team, Jacqui will undoubtedly propel us toward even greater success in the future.  Together, we look forward to achieving new milestones under Jacqui’s capable leadership.

Best Regards,

John S Hartas
